Staff were friendly, and the hotel would have been fine for just a few nights if it hadnt been for the poor facilities. Here are some of the problems we encountered. Wi-fi was only available an hour at a time, although the access code was meant to last 24 hours. The one-day laundry service took almost three days, even though i had it down the night before as requested. The bar facilities were non existant and the breakfast was very disappointing. We were down before 9 every morning and though the breakfast was available til 10, choice was very very limited as stocks werent replenished throughout the morning. Parking is also a bit strange. The hotel says it has a 'special rate' with the public car-park accross the way - though it couldnt tell me how much it was. It seems to me there was no special rate as the park attendant knew nothing about it and wanted to charge us the full amount. These are issues you dont want to have to deal with on holidays! Location not bad for the money, though i'ld reccomend being a little closer to the centre. Great city!
